JOHOR, MALAYSIA – In light of increasing global and regional challenges from armed conflicts and social unrest to moral and spiritual decline the CHARIS Asian Service of Communion Intercession Team is responding to a divine call by organising the first-ever CHARIS Asia Intercession Conference, to be held from Oct 2-5 2025 at Majodi Retreat Centre, Johor. This conference is open to bishops, clergy, religious, church leaders, intercessors, and anyone discerning a call to intercession.
Themed around the urgent need for united, spirit-led intercession, this landmark event is a gathering of intercessors from across Asia to be spiritually renewed, equipped, and mobilised for deeper intercessory mission in these critical times.
“This is not just another conference,” said the main organisers, “It is a divine appointment, a spiritual mobilisation where intercessors are awakened to stand in the breach for the nations.” (Ezekiel 22:30)
Archbishop Francis Kalist, Episcopal Adviser to CHARIS India and Chevalier Cyril John, Coordinator of the CHARIS International Intercession Commission will lead this conference. Both are highly respected international speakers and leaders in the ministry of intercession.
Participants will engage in a spirit-filled program including: Daily Eucharistic Celebrations, Teachings on Deep Prophetic Intercession, Intercession Workshops, Jericho March and Eucharistic Adoration, Praise and Worship and Testimonies from intercessors across Asia.
A timely invitation – amid the spiritual dryness and turbulence in many parts of Asia, this conference aims to unite the body of Christ in prayer, empowering intercessors to pray with clarity, authority, and compassion under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
“If My people who are called by My name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven…” (2 Chronicles 7:14)
