Pelayanan kampus kembali mengorak langkah selepas pendemik

Barisan Catholic Student Council (CSC) Sesi 2022/2023 bersama CMO dan CMT

KOTA KINABALU – Catholic Student Council (CSC) Keuskupan Agung Kota Kinabalu sesi 2022/2023 yang baharu telah berjaya dibentuk dalam Annual General Meeting (AGM) pada 15 Mei 2022 yang melibatkan setiap presiden Catholic Student Group (CSG) daripada lapan buah kampus di Keuskupan Agung.

Program AGM CSC 2022 yang dilaksanakan bersama Archdiocesan Campus Ministry Office (CMO) dan Campus Ministry Team (CMT) telah diadakan secara bersemuka dan merupakan program pertama dijalankan secara fizikal oleh AJK CSC sesi 21/22 setelah dua tahun tidak dapat melakukan aktiviti bersemuka  yang disebabkan oleh pandemik Covid-19.

Penyertaan AGM CSC mendapat sambutan yang sangat meriah dengan penyertaan seramai 112 orang pelajar. Turut hadir memberikan sokongan adalah Sr Terry Loukang Koordinator Komisi Belia Keuskupan dan Fr Isidore Gilbert, Penasihat Rohani Komisi Belia.

Sr Dora Obod memberi 

“Whoever Wants To Be A Leader Among You Must Be Your Servant” (Mat 20: 26) adalah merupakan tema bagi program AGM pada kali ini. Renungan tema diberikan oleh Sr Dora Obod, FSIC yang membawa para peserta untuk memahami erti panggilan itu sendiri manakala perkongsian tentang ‘Servant Leader’  sebagai peneguhan pelayanan dan membantu para peserta, khususnya para presiden setiap CSG yang baharu untuk memahami, menghayati dan merenungkan panggilan mereka sebelum bermulanya pembubaran dan pembentukan baharu.

Dalam perkongsiannya, Sr Dora berkata untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin yang hidup mengandalkan Tuhan Yesus dan mengikuti jejak-Nya, kita hendaklah memiliki ciri-ciri kepimpinan yang melayani seperti kerendahan hati, hidup untuk memberi, mempunyai nilai empati, berwawasan, tidak mementingkan diri sendiri, membawa damai, mendengar, memahami dan ciri yang paling penting adalah hidup untuk saling mengasihi antara sesama kita.

Sr Dora menekankan bahawa dalam usaha untuk menggerakkan satu misi dan visi yang sama untuk bertumbuh dalam iman, cinta kasih dan harapan melalui Yesus Kristus, setiap individu memainkan peranan yang penting untuk saling bantu-membantu dan bergantung antara satu sama lain melalui kebersamaan dan permuafakatan.

Berikut adalah keputusan Pemilihan Catholic Student Council (CSC) Sesi 2022/2023:

Presiden                              : Ceron Ezra Yangun (UMSKK)

Tim. Presiden                    : Flavia Angel Malanjun (IPGK Gaya)

Setiausaha                          : Joann Elvira Sitorus (UiTMKK)

Tim. Setiausaha                : Annunciatokade Jude Linggohun (IPGK Kent)

Bendahari                           : Elfinah Siu (CSG PKK)

Tim. Bendahari                 : Ann Natasha Nicholos (CSG Unitar)

Tugas-tugas khas             : Brittney Lopez Raymond (UMSKAL)

Tugas-tugas khas             : Belova Noy Benidict (KML)

Keputusan undian memutuskan bahawa Ceron Ezra, Presiden CSG UMS-KK, akan melayani sebagai Presiden Catholic Student Council bagi sesi 2022/2023 dibantu oleh rakan-rakan presiden kampus lain.

Dalam ucapan Ceron sebagai Presiden CSC yang baharu, Ceron mengharapkan bahawa aktiviti-aktiviti kerohanian secara bersemuka akan lebih giat dilaksanakan dalam kalangan belia dengan kerjasama setiap CSG agar hubungan persaudaraan dalam Kristus dapat dimantapkan dan merapatkan jurang komunikasi setelah dua tahun lebih tidak berkesempatan untuk mengadakan aktiviti secara fizikal disebabkan oleh kekangan pandemik Covid-19.

Ceron juga berharap agar setiap pelayanan yang dijalankan bersama dengan semua belia dapat dijadikan sebagai satu kesempatan untuk memperdalamkan lagi iman mereka dalam Kristus seterusnya menjadi berkat kepada umat lain.

Ceron turut menekankan dalam ucapannya agar setiap belia mengambil peranan mereka dengan serius dan menggerakkannya secara aktif dalam usaha menghidupkan persekutuan warga kampus.

Pembentukan AJK CSC yang baharu diakhiri dengan Misa Pengutusan yang dipimpin oleh Fr Isidore Gilbert. Dalam renungannya, beliau berkongsi  serba sedikit tentang perjalanan panggilannya sendiri. Dia mengingatkan setiap peserta tentang pentingnya memupuk hubungan yang lebih erat dengan Tuhan dalam doa.

Antara kunci utama yang ditekankan oleh Fr Isidore dalam pelayanan ialah sentiasa saling mengasihi antara satu sama lain dan sentiasa ingat akan identiti diri sendiri sebagai umat belia Kristian dan sentiasalah laksanakan dengan penuh cinta kasih dalam setiap perbuatan, pertuturan dan pemikiran kita.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Fr Isidore berterima kasih kepada barisan CSC 2021/2022 atas komitmen mereka di sesi lepas dan mengucapkan tahniah kepada barisan CSC baharu.

Program diakhiri dengan santapan petang dan ucapan Sr Terry, FSIC selaku koordinator Campus Ministry Office (CMO). Beliau mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua orang yang terlibat menjayakan AGM ini: Allah Bapa Yang Maha Kuasa atas bimbingan dan berkat yang berterusan, Fr Isidore Gilbert atas kebaikannya merayakan misa pengutusan dan Sr Dora, FSIC atas kesudian dalam menyampaikan sesi peneguhan yang sangat bermakna kepada para peserta.

Tidak lupa juga kepada pihak jawatankuasa penganjur dan semua yang telah mendoakan kita semasa pelaksanaan program AGM tersebut. Sr Terry juga berterima kasih kepada pihak yang telah mengatur dan menyediakan jamuan sepanjang tempoh program.

Sesungguhnya, perasaan syukur dapat dirasai sepanjang berjalannya AGM CSC 2022 ini kerana masih disambut dan mendapat sokongan yang meriah daripada penyertaan belia-belia setiap kampus di Keuskupan Agung Kota Kinabalu.

Semoga dengan peluang dan kesempatan yang diberikan, kita dapat bersama-sama melayani dan bertumbuh bersama dalam cinta kasih Yesus.
