Paus pesan anak muda Hungary untuk bermatlamat tinggi dalam kehidupan

Paus Fransiskus bertemu dengan orang muda di Arena Sukan Papp László di Budapest dan menggalakkan mereka untuk “bermatlamat tinggi dalam kehidupan”, mengingatkan mereka bahawa tiada siapa yang boleh mengambil tempat mereka dalam sejarah Gereja dan dunia.

“Melabur dalam matlamat hidup yang hebat! Kemudian, berlatih melalui dialog dengan Yesus, yang merupakan jurulatih terbaik”. Dalam acara umum terakhir pada hari kedua Perjalanan Kerasulannya ke Hungary, Paus Fransiskus menggalakkan para belia untuk “bermatlamat tinggi” dalam kehidupan mereka, mengatasi ketakutan dan melangkah ke hadapan, sentiasa berdialog dengan Yesus, sahabat dan saudara mereka.

Acara itu, yang dihadiri oleh kira-kira 12,000 orang, telah diperkenalkan dalam ucapan salam ketua uskup Hungary untuk Pelayanan Belia, Uskup Ferenc Palánki, dan kesaksian empat orang belia: Bertalan, Dóra, dua pelajar sekolah menengah, Tódor, seorang pemuda Yunani -Katolik, dan Krisztina, seorang pelajar universiti.

Siapa berani akan menang

Mengambil petunjuk daripada kesaksian pertama, Paus Fransiskus mengingatkan mereka yang berkumpul bahawa “Yesus mahu kita mencapai perkara yang hebat” dalam kehidupan dan “tidak pernah merendahkan jangkaan kita”.

“Yesus tidak mahu kita bersikap malas”; Dia tidak mahu kita diam dan malu; sebaliknya, Dia mahu kita hidup, aktif, bersedia untuk mengambil alih. Yesus akan bersetuju dengan pepatah anda, yang saya harap saya ucapkan dengan baik: Aki mer az nyer .”

Tetapi bagaimana kita boleh menang dalam hidup?”, tanya Paus. “Sama seperti dalam sukan, terdapat dua langkah asas”. Langkah pertama, katanya, adalah “untuk bermatlamat tinggi”, meletakkan bakat kita “untuk digunakan dengan baik”, melaburkannya “dalam matlamat hidup yang hebat”.

“Kita tidak mencapai kehebatan dengan menginjak orang lain, tetapi dengan berkhidmat kepada orang lain!”

Berdialog dengan Yesus

Langkah kedua ialah melatih melalui dialog dengan Yesus, “sebagai yang terbaik di antara jurulatih”. Memang, kata Paus, “Yesus menggalakkan anda, percaya kepada anda” dan “sentiasa menjemput anda untuk menjadi pemain pasukan, tidak pernah bersendirian tetapi dengan orang lain: dalam Gereja, dalam komuniti, berkongsi pengalaman anda dengan orang lain”.

Satu lagi elemen penting dalam latihan ini, kata Paus selanjutnya, adalah kesunyian yang diselami dalam kesaksian Krisztina. Dalam dunia yang “dihujani dengan mesej bahawa kita harus pantas, cekap dan praktikal sempurna, seperti mesin”, kata Pope, “kita perlu belajar bagaimana untuk berhenti dan mengisi tangki kita, untuk mengecas semula bateri kita”, tanpa bagaimanapun, menjerumuskan diri “dalam kemurungan atau terlalu gusar” atas masalah kita.

Diam, katanya, “bukan duduk terpaku pada telefon bimbit anda, atau di media sosial”, tetapi “tanah di mana kita memupuk hubungan baik”. Ia “membolehkan kita untuk mempercayakan kepada Yesus apa sahaja yang kita rasa, (…), untuk berkongsi kesukaran kita, untuk mengingati rakan-rakan kita dan untuk mengucapkan doa untuk mereka”.

Oleh itu, diam adalah, “pintu doa”, yang merupakan “dialog dengan Yesus”, dengan Dia kita bebas berkongsi kelemahan kita “tanpa menyembunyikan atau menyamarkan apa-apa”.

“Doa tidak membosankan, ia adalah pertemuan dengan Kristus”

Tuhan mahukan orang yang tulen

Sesungguhnya, “Injil memberitahu kita bahawa Tuhan tidak melakukan perkara-perkara besar dengan orang yang luar biasa, tetapi dengan orang biasa. Mereka yang bergantung pada kebolehan mereka sendiri dan sentiasa bimbang untuk kelihatan baik sebelum orang lain”, kata Paus, “jauhkan Tuhan dari hati mereka”.

“Yesus mengasihi kamu apa adanya”

Membantu dunia untuk hidup dengan aman dengan berkhidmat kepada orang lain

Paus Fransiskus kemudian merenungkan kata-kata Tódor, seorang pemuda Yunani-Katolik, yang dalam kesaksiannya menyatakan bahawa semangat untuk misi itu “dapat dilunturkan dengan hidup dalam keamanan dan keselesaan”, sementara tidak jauh dari kita “perang dan penderitaan adalah realiti setiap hari.”

“Ini,” komen Paus “adalah cabaran sebenar: untuk mengawal kehidupan kita untuk membantu dunia kita hidup dengan aman”, dengan bermurah hati dan tanpa syarat melayani orang lain, “seperti yang diajar oleh Yesus kepada kita”.

Iman bermula dengan memberi

Iman, “bermula dengan memberi secara bebas, dengan semangat dan kemurahan hati, mengatasi ketakutan kita dan melangkah ke hadapan!”, tegas Paus Fransiskus pada akhir ceramahnya, mengingatkan mukzijat Penggandaan lima Roti dan dua Ikan yang diceritakan dalam Injil Yohanes dimana seorang lelaki muda berkongsi roti dan ikan kecil yang dia miliki dengan Yesus untuk memberi makan kepada orang ramai.

“Kita perlu belajar untuk menyerahkan sesuatu kepada Yesus.”

“Setiap daripada kamu adalah berharga bagi Yesus, dan juga bagi saya!”, Paus mengakhiri. “Ingatlah bahawa tiada siapa yang boleh mengambil tempat anda dalam sejarah Gereja dan dunia: tiada siapa yang boleh melakukan apa yang hanya anda boleh lakukan”.
