SENAGANG, Keningau – “Banyak perkara yang begitu ajaib telah terjadi sepanjang tempoh pembinaan Chapel Sakramen Mahakudus (CSMK), St Yohanes Penginjil, KUK Senagang, terletak kira-kira 10 kilometer dari pekan Keningau.

“Antaranya adalah pemulihan hubungan persaudaraan, kekeluargaan dan persahabatan. Didorong oleh perasaan penuh keikhlasan dan perjuangan yang dikekang dengan keterbatasan waktu dan tenaga, mereka telah bekerjasama dengan luarbiasa dan mula memahami antara satu sama yang lain dari hati ke hati.

“Ini merupakan antara kejayaan yang sukar dimengerti oleh kerana rencana Tuhan begitu ajaib dan indah,” cebisan ucapan Fr Joseph Gapitang selaku pembimbing rohani Zon Senagang semasa perayaan perasmian Chapel Sakramen Mahakudus oleh Uskup Cornelius Piong pada 2 Mei lalu.

Bermula pada Julai 2018, dengan penubuhan Komiti Pembangunan CSMK maka usaha-usaha pembinaaan chapel pun dimulakan di St Yohanes Penginjil Senagang, di bawah naungan Paroki Katedral St Francis Xavier (KSFX). Perkongsian pengalaman dan kesaksian ziarah Fr Joseph ke pelbagai pusat ziarah seperti di Lourdes, Italy dan Vietnam telah menimbulkan inspirasi untuk merealisasikan rencana istimewa bagi pelayanannya di Zon Senagang.

Dengan bermodalkan 10 bundle bata dan wang tunai RM5000, Fr Joseph bersama sekumpulan pembina yang diketuai oleh En Demius Ahip (Pengerusi), En Mantan Bagu (Timbalan), En Joe Yawan (Bendahari) dan En Jinsumun Ahip (Setiusaha) telah membuat langkah iman.

Modal yang kecil pada awalnya menimbulkan kerisauan dalam kalangan ahli pembina, namun kata-kata semangat dan motivasi berterusan dari Fr Joseph telah memberi keyakinan dan idea dalam menangani cabaran untuk mengumpul dana serta material yang diperlukan.

Berkat dan penyertaan Tuhan, segala usaha membuahkan hasil. Kemasukan dana dan sumbangan yang tak henti-henti dalam bentuk kewangan, bahan-bahan binaan, makanan, tenaga juga sokongan moral dan doa bukan sahaja dapat membangunkan CSMK tetapi dalam masa yang sama bangunan dapur gereja yang baru, tandas baru dan Salib untuk 14 perhentian jalan salib juga berjaya dibina di KUK Senagang.

Menurut Pengerusi Demius Ahip, di awal pembinaan, kebanyakan umat yang hadir untuk bergotong royong tidak ada kemahiran dalam pembinaan, namun kehadiran yang menggalakkan telah mencetuskan aspirasi untuk melangkah bersama lebih jauh.

Manakala Pengerusi Zon, Jinsumun berkata, “Kebanyakan pembina chapel datang daripada latar belakang yang tidak ada hubungan baik antara satu sama lain. Namun pemulihan hubungan persaudaraan, persahabatan dan keakraban telah terjadi dengan luar biasa.”

Inilah buah-buah yang terhasil dengan berusaha, untuk menghidupi pesan Bapa Uskup untuk berjalan bersama dan hidup dalam Kesatuan, Kesetiaan dan Kekudusan Yesus Kristus.

Pelbagai budaya positif berusaha dipraktikkan oleh para pembina sepanjang proses pembinaan CSMK seperti budaya tolong menolong, budaya saling belajar dan melayani, budaya bekerja dengan sukacita dan dalam masa yang sama menerapkan budaya tepati masa, budaya 5S (Sapu,simpan,susun,seragam,sentiasa amal), budaya saling menghormati dan paling utama budaya untuk sentiasa memohon inspirasi daripada Roh Kudus.

Ternyata, bimbingan Roh Kudus telah memampukan para pembina khususnya 25 orang pembina sepenuh masa untuk merealisasikan impian yang besar ini hasil sokongan doa dan para penderma yang datang dari pelbagai tempat dan latar belakang.

Perjalanan pembinaan CMSK juga telah didokumentasi dalam sebuah buku yang bertajuk ‘Memori: Pembinaan Chapel Sakramen Mahakudus’ yang dihasilkan oleh Jinsumin sendiri dan rakan editor Allfian Handry.

Chapel Sakramen Mahakudus ini merupakan sebuah anugerah ke arah meningkatkan relasi dengan Tuhan secara peribadi melalui adorasi Sakramen Mahakudus dan kewujudannya di KUK Senagang adalah kesempatan yang pantas dinikmati dan dihargai dalam usaha membentuk iman yang berkualiti.
