On Wednesday afternoon, Pope Francis welcomed former US President Bill Clinton, who is currently visiting Rome, at the Casa Santa Marta.
Mr. Clinton, who served as the 42nd president of the United States from January 1993 to January 2001, met with the Pope and was accompanied by a delegation.
The former president previously visited the Vatican on 2 June 1994, and was received by Pope John Paul II. – Vatican News
