耶穌會士施省三神父9月2日上午蒙主恩召,享年95歲。施神父曾在羅馬宗座額我略大學任教35年,又在梵蒂岡電台中文部服務30餘年。前梵蒂岡電台台長隆巴爾迪神父接受本新聞網訪談,緬懷施神父對教會的貢獻。

(梵蒂岡新聞網)耶穌會中華省會士施省三神父於9月2日上午蒙主恩召,享年95歲。施神父生前曾在羅馬宗座額我略大學任教35年,同時在梵蒂岡電台中文部服務30餘年,其間在許多關於中國的問題上與聖座密切合作。施神父是在羅馬的耶穌會會院去世的,數天前的8月28日他才過了生日:在95年的生活中,77年都是以耶穌會士的身份度過的。

施神父從年輕時起就獻身於教會。他於1926年在中國浙江省的寧波出生,在一個有10個孩子的家庭中長大。1944年,年滿18歲,他便進入上海徐家匯的耶穌會初學院,1957年在菲律賓晉鐸。之後,他來到羅馬,開始在宗座額我略大學教書並在梵蒂岡電台工作。退休後,他返回中國生活,但也時而回到意大利。新冠疫情爆發後,他只好留在羅馬,未能返回自己的故鄉。

在施神父安息主懷當天,耶穌會士隆巴爾迪(Federico Lombardi)神父接受本新聞網採訪,簡述了施神父生前的工作與生活。隆巴爾迪神父1991年擔任梵蒂岡電台節目部主任,後來又從2005年至2016年擔任這個聖座電台的台長。目前他是 “若瑟·拉青格-本篤十六世” 梵蒂岡基金會的主席。

隆巴爾迪神父在訪談中首先表示:“我十分敬愛施神父,這尤其因為我與他在同一個團體生活,我和他在梵蒂岡電台工作了很長時間。他謙恭有禮、和藹且勤奮。我清楚記得,他每天幾乎全天都待在中文部,自己工作且也陪伴他的合作者們的工作。這至今仍是一項巨大的工作,因為在施神父服務的所有那些年中,梵蒂岡電台中文部每日的音頻廣播整整有42分鐘。”

“因此,每天需要準備大量的文稿,並透過麥克風傳播出去。施神父也是梵蒂岡電台最先充分意識到網絡重要性的人物之一,他努力在電台的網站上開拓中文網頁、準備廣播節目,這些文稿不只限於報道消息,也提供信仰和文化培育,我想在他的那些年裡,在梵蒂岡電台網站上發表的中文網頁達數萬之多,題材極有趣味。”

隆巴爾迪神父接著說:“我願意特別提到,耶穌會聖經學家萬霍依(Vanhoye)樞機的一本好書被全部翻譯成中文,内容是對牧靈非常有益的講道集和《聖經》釋義。施神父完全投入到翻譯這本書的工作。萬霍依樞機不久前已去世。這項工作只是梵蒂岡電台中文網站上貢獻的内容之一,可以說,這是他與合作者們數十年如一日,懷著忠誠所履行的一項實在異乎尋常的工作,為的是聽衆和在中國教會的益處。”

施神父在梵蒂岡電台内具有重要的分量,作為宗座額我略大學的教授是否也如此呢?

隆巴爾迪神父表示:“我們一向極重視電台的幾個節目部,尤其是教會生活處於困境的國家,如中國和越南節目部。施神父確實一輩子生活在羅馬,因為他在接受培育時中國的形勢發生了改變,因此他得留在中國以外的地方深造和工作。他在額我略大學擔任教授期間,教授的不僅是中國歷史和文化,也包括傳教的要理講授學。因此,他在傳教學和與東方文化關係的領域提供了重要的服務。”

“施神父也是一位學者。2008年結束為梵蒂岡電台的‘全職服務’後,非常高興能回到中國。他回到上海,那裡還有他的親人,從此大部分時間都在中國的上海度過,住在教區的聖堂,在堂區服務,聽告解、為許多人提供建議。因此,他最後幾年的司鐸職主要是在中國履行。”

隆巴爾迪神父最後談到,施神父每年都回到羅馬住上一兩個月。因此,“他是這個時代與中國之間的真正橋樑,他以極其穩健、智慧和司鐸聖職將之生活出來。這些年他對中國形勢的觀點總是極平衡,極具建設性和樂觀,因此總是保持一種安詳的態度、判斷上的平穩,非常有助於我們本著信賴和建設性,來展望為在中國的教會已能夠做和仍然能做的事”。- Vatican News
